The S.T.C.L. was founded by Paul Joshua Geller in 1989. Over the years we have been doing our part to help maintain the status quo. We are currently the largest group of our kind operating in the United States. We believe that sexual activity is a very personal thing and shouldn't be publicly celebrated. Proudly displaying hickeys is a disgusting, cheap attempt at liberating yourself from American taboos. Receiving a hickey should be completely avoided and frowned upon. Don't catch this social disease! Hickeys are the number one cause of unemployment, divorce, and poverty in the United States today.
